100 Words on Love

ZAP. This was the element in the air the moment our eyes locked. Instant recognition of attraction distraction. He was like a trance for me. The jazzy music playing in the background added to the hot summer evening’s ambience. We met and spoke and there was an always elusive quality. Now you see me. By the time we kissed, it was inevitable that it would last for hours. Lips enmeshed; I couldn’t stop smiling. And eventhough it was short-lived, he left an impression on my heart’s brain that is still not forgotten. Sometimes, our greatest love stories don’t actually last.
